SHIPPING INFORMATION
Important: Our operations are limited during COVID-19. For the most accurate information, please read our COVID-19 update.
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 5 calendar days. Note: We get backlogged during sale events and the holiday season, which could delay your shipment. Transit time is measured in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship out on the next business day.
Free Domestic Shipping
All domestic Viet Nam orders for in-stock items are shipped free of charge.
Please allow five business days to fulfill and issue you a tracking number (unless there is a red delayed date posted in the product description). Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package within 7-15 business days.
Please note that while we will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package, you may not be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service for tracking to activate.
Orders placed for Workshop items require a shipping fee of $10. These orders will ship during the estimated shipping period noted on the product page.
International Shipping
We ship anywhere outside the domestic Viet Nam using our Transit Shipping Service Partner with private line. As we’ve know, the taxes and duties are now so expensive around the world and highest in the UK and Europe. Don’t you worry about that, we’ve applied our Kind’s Service on that. It meants you just feel free to make order with us. We will covering all your taxes and duties, you don’t need to pay any hidden fees more after your buying with us. That’s what “Kind’s Club” doing!

We’ve just received the fees update from our shipping service partners, the product’s price and shipping fees were increased a bit. We’ve updated for the shipping fees up there already. The shipping fees were increased up about $2-$5 depend on the destination country.
For the pricing of our product, those have increased up around $2-$15 depend on catalogues. Please following with the new update below:
T-Shirt: $2 up for all T-shirts
Shirting: $7 up for all shirting.
Outerwear: $12 up for all outerwear.
Bottoms: $10 up for all bottoms.
Accessories: $5 up for all accessories.
Footwear: $5 to $15 up for all footwear.
We will fixing up them when the fees from the shipping service went down. But for this time, please kindly understand that!
