RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may exchange or return any product for a full refund or store credit within 21 days of having received it. The 21 day period for Workshop items begins on the day the product is delivered to you. Once initiating a return you have 28 days to ship it or you’ll lose your instant credit/refund. To be clear, you have 21 days after receiving the product to initiate a return and 28 days after it’s initiated to get it out the door.

However, there are some exceptions: we know that certain items like raw denim, footwear, and dress shirts require a little more than a quick try-on. That said, just be nice. If the product doesn’t work out, remember that we hope to sell these to someone who is equally as excited as you. 

Sale-off items are final sale and are non-returnable.

Only items that have been unworn, unwashed, unaltered, are free or stains and odors, and that have their original tags affixed with be eligible for return or exchange.

If an exchange has been granted or InstantRefund credit granted and used, you will be charged if your return item does not meet the aforementioned standards.

 

CUSTOM BOOT RETURN POLICY

Custom footwear is made to order, by hand, in the great craftmanship. Many hours of labor are poured into each pair. Because of this, custom boots are Non-Returnable. If you are experiencing fit issues, please do not hesitate to contact us. You would be surprised what our master craftsmen might be able to do to get that boot fitting right.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

It is our intention to provide you with the best quality product, in the most convenient way, delivered to you in the best condition within a reasonable amount of time. If, by chance, you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace this item promptly at no additional cost to you. In this event Kind Supply Co. will pay the shipping costs.

Upon receipt of a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service Department at contact@kindsupply-co.com. A specialist will be happy to assist you in correcting the error. Please supply the Customer Service Representative with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original package.

Making a return or exchange is pretty easy! 

1.) To start, simply Click Here and submit your email address. You will then be emailed a direct link to start your return or exchange.

2.) Click ‘Return Item’ for the item(s) you wish to send back.

3.) Complete the return steps, selecting if you’d like to exchange for another size or return for a refund and obtain your pre-paid return shipping label. Read the instructions given when completing the return steps. It’ll tell you everything you need to know to send your item back.

4.) Hang tight while your item makes its way back to our warehouse. Once it is delivered, we will refund your original method of payment. Please allow 1 to 3 business days from the date we process your refund for the amount to appear on your bank statement.

Please note, you can also process returns or exchanges by signing in to your Kind Supply account. 

1) Click Here to log into your Kind Supply Co. online account. On the ‘My Orders’ tab, please select the order that you’d like to return an item from.

2) Click ‘Return Item’ for the item(s) you wish to send back.

3.) Complete the return steps, selecting if you’d like to exchange for another size or return for a refund and obtain your pre-paid return shipping label. Read the instructions given when completing the return steps. It’ll tell you what you’ll need to know to send your item back!

4.) Hang tight while your item make s its way back to our warehouse. Once it is delivered, we will refund your original method of payment. Please allow 1 to 3 business days from the date we process your refund for the amount to appear on your bank statement.


You’ll see that we offer a neat little perk when you make a return for refund. Most often, you will receive an Instant Refund credit (a Kind Supply Co. online gift card) equivalent to the amount of your refund. You can use this online gift card to make a new purchase immediately. If you elect not to use the Instant Credit, your original payment method will be refunded once we receive your return at our warehouse.

At this time, Kind Supply Co. does not support international returns or exchanges,
meaning we cannot provide you with a return shipping label.

Please reach out to contact@kindsupply-co.com and we will assign you a ship notice number and provide you with the return address so that there isn’t a delay on your exchange or refund.

If everything runs like clockwork, the entire process takes right around two weeks.

Click the link in either your shipping or delivery confirmation emails to get started. Once you send an item back, it will reach us typically within 3-7 business days, if sent within the domestic VN. Up to 7 business days are required for us to process an exchange/return once receiving your item(s).

If you’re returning an item, as soon as you complete your return request and obtain your return shipping label, you will receive an InstantRefund (KS store credit) that you can use immediately to make a new purchase. If you don’t use that credit amount, your original payment method will be refunded as soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse. 

If you’re returning an item, as soon as you complete your exchange request and obtain your return shipping label, you’ll receive an order confirmation for your new replacement order. That order will ship within 1-2 business days. You won’t have to wait until we receive your return for your exchange to ship out!
